I just realized that I didn't get gift of nekron or embrace darkness in my spellbook, so I'm really not taking advantage of shadowborn. I also don't seem to get the morale bonus for being pure evil because I'm Undead. I assumed it was more factional, and evil players would like evil players, and good players would like good players. It seems like the Evil to Good continuum has an effect regardless of the alignment of the other players.

Everyone declares war on me within a turn of meeting me, even if they're evil. I achieved Prime Evil recently, but the drawbacks seem to be pretty absurd. What makes units immune to banshee wails?ĭuring this current game, I'm playing shadowborn master and destruction adept.

At the moment, I'm playing High Elf Necro because I wanted access to lightning damage to have some counter v. King AI on King difficulty, and I find that I keep falling behind around turn 40. I started playing Necromancer a few weeks ago after deciding Dreadnought was easy mode and the Orc Theocrat counter to juggernauts was quitting.
